President and Chief Executive Officer
Brad Marsh is the Chief Executive Officer at Consensus Point and brings over 20 years of executive experience leading client service, marketing, and product teams in mid-size and multi-national market research organizations. He formerly served as Chief Marketing Officer and head of client service for Directions Research, Executive Vice President Consumer Sector and Areas of Expertise for Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS), and Senior Vice President of Global Accounts for NFO WorldGroup.
Over the course of his career, Brad has worked closely with clients in packaged goods, technology, financial services, retail, restaurant, and healthcare industries. He has experience in front and back-end innovation, brand health, communications, shopper marketing, and customer experience and loyalty. Brad’s success has been driven by his passion to help his clients and teams build innovative research programs and product offerings that create competitive advantage.
Brad received his bachelor’s and master’s of business from the University of Cincinnati. He is a Board member of Consensus Point, and an active member of CASRO, ESOMAR, and the AMA.
Vice President, Business Development
John Barrett is the Vice President of Business Development at Consensus Point and a very experienced marketing researcher with both quantitative and qualitative credentials. At Consensus Point, he is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships.
John has over 20 years of successful client service and business development experience at companies such as Nielsen, IRI and Pepsi. His research experience cuts across multiple verticals including CPG, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, telcom and consumer durables. At Consensus Point, John works with Market Research and Enterprise clients to design and implement prediction market solutions which drive maximum value and relevance.
John received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston and has done graduate work at Rutgers University.
Vice President, Services
Brad Wilson is the Vice President of Services at Consensus Point and a veteran in developing and delivering services for Fortune 1000 companies in both the public and private sector. At Consensus Point, Brad is responsible for services delivery and customer support.
Brad has over 20 years of successful services experience at companies such as Dell, Bearing Point, and KPMG where he held management roles. His experience also includes product management for an Internet-based healthcare information start-up.
Brad received his MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Rochester and his BS in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University.
Dr. Robin Hanson is the Chief Scientist at Consensus Point and is considered the “father of prediction markets.” At Consensus Point, he advises on innovative technologies and development of prediction markets, and consults with customers on market design, best practices and quantitative analysis.
Robin pioneered the field in 1988 as the first person to write in detail about using markets to improve forecasts and inform decisions. In 1990, he led the first internal corporate market.
Robin, associate professor of economics, George Mason University, and research associate at Oxford University, received his Ph.D. in social science from California Institute of Technology and masters in physics and masters in the philosophy of science from University of Chicago.

Crom is a native of South Bend, Indiana and a 1971 graduate of Vanderbilt University. He now resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
Over the last 10 years Crom has funded and participated in the founding of over a dozen companies in a variety of high tech industries. Crom currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Nashai Biotech.
In addition to his business career, Crom has been an active political commentator in the Nashville media market for the past twenty years. From 1989 to 1996, Crom wrote a bi-monthly column for The Nashville Tennessean, opposing the paper’s editorial positions. From 1990 to 1992, he provided regular commentaries on the NBC local affiliate in Nashville, WSMV-TV’s 6:00 p.m. news telecast, The Scene at 6. Crom also brought his views on local and national issues to the Nashville airwaves between 1985 and 1994, as a regular commentator on Teddy Bart’s “Round Table,” a morning radio talk show.
Sandra D. Kresch
Sandra is the President of PSD International, a boutique-consulting firm focused on advising media and entertainment industry clients on high impact strategic business issues. She has more than 30 years of experience in managing businesses and consulting with clients on issues related to implementing strategic change. Sandra began her career working with consumer products companies in identifying opportunities to innovate through entering new businesses or repositioning established brands. She was a partner at National Analysts, a custom market research company, a partner in the management consulting practice at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, held a series of senior management roles at Time Inc. in the video and magazine divisions and was the Practice Leader for Media and Entertainment Strategy at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 1988, she founded her own boutique consulting firm focused on growth strategy in media and entertainment companies.
In addition to her consulting practice, Sandra has served in leadership positions on a number of not-for-profit boards and as a Managing Director of Golden Seeds, angel investors in women-owned and managed startup companies. Sandra holds a BS from the University of Pennsylvania.

Cameron A. Newton
Cameron brings several attributes to the Consensus Point team. During his ten years in the financial services industry, he developed a broad analytical skill set ranging from macro and micro economic theory, to industry and market evaluation to company/asset valuation and optimal capital structure analysis. Cameron is very adept at financial modeling, projecting future earnings and cash flow capabilities and discerning distressed break-up valuations. He has experience canvassing investor participation in primary and secondary transactions and supporting such transactions with in-depth analysis. Cameron maintains deep personal and professional connectivity to Wall Street where he has spent the majority of his career. He is a CFA level III candidate and member of the CFA Institute. Cameron currently resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Dean serves as advisor to portfolio companies to address strategic and operational challenges, especially as they relate to social networks, information technology, intellectual property and social media. In addition to Relevance, Dean serves as Asst. General Counsel at Blackboard Inc., with responsibility for the company’s “Connect” mass communication and “Collaborate” web conferencing divisions. Prior to Relevance, Dean was Chief Operating Officer of Emotive Communications, a company he co-founded in 2006 to enable the peer-to-peer distribution of media through social networks using mobile devices. He first joined Emotive co-founders Anthony Stonefield and Shane Dewing as General Counsel at Moviso, the first and largest ringtone company in North America, where he authored the first licensing structures that brought music to mobile phones. When InfoSpace Inc. acquired Moviso, where Dean continued as Vice President of Business Affairs and Entertainment at InfoSpace Mobile, serving on its senior management team and managing the Entertainment Media group, where he was responsible for structuring and negotiating entertainment content, new media and technology-related transactions, as well as distribution agreements with carrier, handset manufacturer, retail and online portal partners. Dean is a music and technology attorney by training, having worked at Gang, Tyre, Ramer & Brown in Beverly Hills, California where his practice included representing recording artists, music producers, writers, entertainment and new media companies in entertainment-related transactions. He began his career in corporate practice with Los Angeles-based firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Dean is a graduate of Harvard University, where he received both B.A. and J.D. degrees.
Kelly is the co-founding CEO of TargetClose – a customer acquisition platform that leverages its proprietary technology and advanced analytics to engage customers with the most relevant digital experience. Prior to co-founding TargetClose, Kelly was CEO of Fastpoint Games, a venture-backed software development company that created live data–driven games for Fortune 500 brands. Kelly was previously President of ProElite.com, an online social network for combat sports enthusiasts. He was also a Manager at Deloitte Consulting in the Braxton Strategy Practice.
Currently, Kelly acts as a Board member or advisor for TroopSwap.com, Ustream, Scopely, Bitium, GatherGreen and was previously an advisor or board member for LinkedIn (LNKD), Pandora (P) and eteamz (ACTV). A graduate of West Point, with a JD from the UCLA School of Law, and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, Kelly served in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Officer and Airborne Ranger.
Linda brings over 30 years of executive experience and expertise leading information technology consulting, marketing and sales organizations. She formerly served as President and CEO of Consensus Point, Vice President of Dell Healthcare Sales, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of BearingPoint, Executive Vice President and National Managing Partner of KPMG Consulting, and Business Unit Executive at IBM.
Linda’s success has led her to serve on a number of public and private corporate boards. Linda currently serves on the HealthStream, Inc. Board of Directors as Chair, Governance and Nominating committee, Western Express, Inc. Board of Advisors, and the Entrepreneur Center Board. She formerly served on Governor Bredesen’s eHealth Advisory Council, Pinnacle Financial Partners Board of Directors, KPMG LLP Board of Directors, and Chair, Nashville Technology Council Board.
Linda received her bachelor’s degree from the College of Business at Auburn University and was recognized as one of Auburn University’s top 400 women graduates in the past 100 years. She has also received the following 2011 recognition: Award for Women of Achievement, YWCA; Most Powerful Women, the Nashville Post; and Power Leaders in Technology, Nashville Business Journal.
