You can be confident in your ongoing prediction market operations, because at Consensus Point, our software and services include enterprise class support and maintenance. We offer telephone and email support, as well as software updates and releases. We will work with you to align our support offerings with your needs.

Technical Support Telephone and email support services are available for administrators during standard “business hours” to troubleshoot technical issues and answer questions pertaining to the configuration, operation, and functionality of the Consensus Point software. Expanded technical support is available on request.

Software Updates All updates released during the effective period of the support agreement will be provided for no additional charge. Email notification of all updates, upgrades and bug fixes will be sent to support contacts.

Our customer support is offered on an ongoing basis in order to ensure customer success and share best practices.
